AMPHIBIOUS LYNN
This work was created for STU1122: Core Planning Studio 2 as an accessible way to imagine cities in a far future where total adaptation to unpredictable weather conditions is fully integrated into the built environment and material practices. The project took the form of a short graphic novel set in AmphibiLynn, a speculative future version of Lynn, MA. The novel’s world-building is punctuated with diagrams that illustrate the real topographical, environmental, and policy conditions of Lynn. The work was created collaboratively by myself and one partner.
